WILC’s 20th Anniversary theme is “Impactful Leadership: From Vision to Execution.” Our vision for this year’s conference is to help attendees drive their career through thoughtful and effective leadership. Conference programming will help attendees envision the type of leader they want to become, develop the skills to get there, and put those skills into action to drive results at any career level. In addition to attending sessions, attendees will have the opportunity to network with Michigan alumni, students, and faculty who will share their own personal stories on achieving career growth.Michigan Business Women (MBW) is a graduate student club that promotes students' personal and professional development by providing education, networking and social interaction opportunities with Ross undergraduate and graduate students, faculty, administrators, and alumni, as well as professional women in the business community.
MBW is committed to creating a supportive community by addressing topics significant to women in business and providing a forum where diverse experiences, perspectives, and resources can be shared.
